Both parties are absent. No steps taken. On perusal of record it is found that complainant is found absent since 21.03.2023 in every and each posted days and after amendment of correct address of O.Ps the notices are returned back with remarks that addressee not found returned to sender. Neither the complainant nor his engaged advocate is showing interest to proceed with the case and found absent frequently till today. 

In view of aforesaid observations and perusal of record, complaint case is being dismissed for default accordingly.  ​
