Complainant in person is present and submits his case. Upon considering his submissions and on perusal of the entire materials on record, this Forum does not find any document towards warranty or whatsoever in respect of the vehicle in question. Without such document it cannot be adjudicated whether is there any deficiency on the part of o.p. towards rendering their services to the complainant. This Forum hold that complainant fails to substantiate the prima facie case towards deficiency of service of o.p. being service provider to the complainant and as such, the instant complaint is summarily rejected.
