1.The Manager,  Neelima  Times, N Circle, 9-13-45/2/9/3, V.I.P Road, VIP road, Visakhapatnam, State:Andhrapradesh.530003.                  … Opposite parties.

ORDER.

The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.P    for  non refund of price of the Spetical     for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

The case record taken up today on the strength  of  an advance petition filed by the  learned counsel for the O.P.. The complainant  also personally present before the forum..  Both the parties are filed a memo stating that  they have compromised their case out of court with the interference of their well wisher and through process of conciliation.  As decided and agreed between the parties the O.Ps has paid an amount of Rs.5,500/- to the complainant. The complainant  is not interested to continue with the case as the matter is settled amicably and the complainant prays the forum to close the case for the best interest of justice.

Both the parties  have been signed mutually i.e. the complainant as well as the O.Ps regarding  their dispute that has been settled out side  of  the forum and now  prayed to close the  case as the dispute has already been settled   by the O.Ps and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case. So the complainant  prayed the forum  to close the above case.

Perused the Memo. Heard him verifying the   identity as the purpose has already been  served  and the O.Ps are wriggle out of liability of this complaint case.  Accordingly the case is closed.
