                        In view of the statement made by Sh.Gagan Aggarwal, Advocate for applicant/OP No.2, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The applicant/OP No.2 would be at liberty to file fresh execution application as & when the stay order is vacated by the Hon’ble State Commission, if need be.

                        The cheque of Rs.1,04,720/- dated 14.5.2010 prepared in the name of Hind Motors (India) Limited be got cancelled.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
