THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to refund the ticket amount of Rs.2,57,871/- with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards physical strain and mental agony and to pay cost of the compliant.

 

        Both counsels and complainant present and filed Joint Memo of Compromise which is recorded.  In view of the Memo this case is settled  on payment of Rs.2,80,375.89 to the complainant by way of Demand Draft No.951703, dated 13.9.2017 drawn on City Bank.  Hence this case is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  Joint Memo form part of the decree.  No cost.
