Today the case is fixed for S/R and appearance of the O.Ps.
At this stage the complainant files a petition praying for dropping the case as per the ground stated therein. It is submitted by the complainant that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably outside of the court and the grievances of the complainant have been redressed by mutual understanding of the parties. The complainant, therefore, intends to dropping of the case and not willing to proceed further. The complainant himself is present.
When the complainant is asked by this Ld. Forum he iterated the same.
Considering the above, we are of the view that the instant case of the complainant may be dropped and disposed of as full satisfaction at the instance of the complainant.
Hence,
it is ordered,
that the C.C. No. 657/2017 is hereby disposed of full and final satisfaction at the instance of the complainant.
Let plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per CPR, 2005.
