This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges Madhyasthata Divas Lok Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah.

Both parties are found present.  They are also found ready with their Ld. Lawyers.

Heard both sides. Considered submissions.

As per argument of Ld. Advocates of both sides there was a loan of Rs. 50,600/- and the complainant has already paid the said loan amount.  It is also pointed out that NOC has been given by the OP. The excess amount of Rs.12,442/- which was paid by the complainant has been paid by the O.P.

 As the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled in between the parties, Ld. Judges of this Lok Adalat are not finding any reason to stand on the way.  The parties are interested to withdraw this case.  In this regard one application has been filed.

As the disputes involved in this case, have been amicably settled and as the complainant is withdrawing this case, let this Complaint Case No. 382/18 be and the same is disposed off as it is withdrawn.

Let the withdraw petition be made a part of this order.

Parties of this case are entitled to get a free copy of this order.

Let this order be uploaded in the official website of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah, as soon as possible.
