          This is a complaint filed under section 12 and  14 (1) of the  Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for  directing the opposite parties to return the money of Rs.22,897/- for the replacement of the two alloy wheels;  to pay compensation of Rs.1.00 lakh for the mental agony, inconvenience and ill health suffered by the complainant and for cost of this proceedings.

            2. Notice was served to the opposite party.  The opposite appeared through Counsel and filed reply version. Hence, the matter was posted for complainant's side evidence.

3. Today this case was called.  Complainant absent even after service made to the complainant for appearance and for evidence if any. No representation made.  Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default.  No costs.
