          Today is fixed for show cause by complainant.

          Ld. advocate for the o.p. files a petition for time to file BNA on the ground of illness of his close relatives.

          No step is taken by complainant.

          It appears from this record that this day has been fixed for show cause by complainant for his absence without any step on the date of final hearing of this case.

          But o.p. files application for time to file BNA thought this day has not been fixed for final hearing as well as for filing BNA. So this petition filed by the o.p. is misleading. So this petition  is liable to be rejected. Petition filed by the o.p. is hereby rejected.

          It is now 12.50 p.m. On repeated calls neither complainant nor his advocate is found present either to file any show cause or  to take any step.

          In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

          Accordingly this CC 91 of 2017 is liable to be dismissed.

          Hence,

          That the CC no. 91 of 2017 is hereby dismissed for default but without costs.
