Order No. 07, Dated: 14.03.2015

The record is placed before this Lok Adalat as per order No.06 dated 13.3.2015.   On call the complainant himself and the Manager of O.P. No.3 himself appear on behalf of O.P. No.3.   Being asked the complainant has admitted that the  dispute has been settled between him and the O.P. No.3 and as  his claim has been satisfied, he does not want to proceed with this case further against the O.P. No.1 & 2 and the case may be dismissed against the O.P. No.1 & 2.   On interrogation the representative of O.P. No.3 has submitted that he has settled the claim of the complainant.

            In the above premises there is no bar to dispose of the case on compromise in between complainant and O.P. No.3 and to dismiss the case against the O.P. No.1 & 2 without cost.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

that C.C. No.242/2014 is disposed of on compromise against the O.P. No.3 and the case be dismissed ex-parte against the O.P. No.1 & 2.

Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost and the case record be returned to the Forum from which it was received.
