            The record is placed before the Bench in view of the put up petition filed by the complainant.  As none is present on behalf of the O.Ps. the petition cannot be served. The complainant has submitted that the office of the O.P. No.3 being the service centre of O.P. No.1 has already been closed. Now new service centre namely Nex Gen has started its activities of the service centre of O.P. No.1.  On behalf of Nex Gen, Sri Kiriti Dey, said to be the Manager of   service centre of O.P. No.1, is present personally.

            In the petition the complainant has stated that this case has been settled out of court with the O.Ps. and for this reason the complainant is not inclined to proceed with this complaint and prays for disposal of the same.  According to the complainant if this petition is not allowed he is suffering irreparable loss and injury.

            In view of the petition filed by the complainant hence, the complaint is disposed of as withdrawn.
