                                                            JUDGMENT

                        The facts of the complaint  in brief is that the complainant  has deposited  Rs.1,000/- per month for 31 months i.e Rs.31,000/- with O.Ps but he came to know that  the office of the O.ps are not functioning  and its whereabouts is not known. The petitioner tried his level best to contact with the officers  of the said Micro Leasing and Funding Ltd. but could not able to contact with them for which the complainant deprived of getting this deposited amount with interest  as promised by them and sustained huge loss  . Hence prayed to direct the O.ps to refund the deposited amount  of Rs.31,000/-  with interest and compensation of Rs.10,000/- for mental agony and sufferings.-Hence, this complaint.

                        Being  noticed  the opposite parties remained silent and did not turn of to file any written version and in absence of any written version from the opposite parties we proceeded  the matter exparte and  believed  the allegations of the complainant  and  hence, we passed the order and  dispose of the matter with the following directions.

                                                              ORDER

                        The  opposite parties is directed to refund the deposited amount of Rs.31,000/- with 9% interest  p.a.   to  the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the O.P are liable to pay  interest  @  12%  p.a. on the above awarded amount till  the date of payment.

                        Pronounced in open forum today on this 7th  day of April,,2016 under the seal and signature of this forum.

                         A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements , be forwarded to the parties    free of charge.
