ORDER

                        Counsel for the complainant made statement that the complainant is ready to settle the claim as full and final settlement to the tune of Rs.2 lac (sum assured) alongwith interest @ 6% p.a from the date of death of the insured i.e. 25.8.2009. Counsel for OPs admitted statement of counsel for complainant to be correct and prayed that the case may be disposed of accordingly. Such statement is placed on record.

                   In view of such statements, the OPs are directed to make the payment of Rs.2 lac (sum assured) alongwith interest @ 6% p.a. from the date of death of the insured i.e. 25.8.2009 to the complainant, within 30 days from today. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
