O R D E R

Sri.K.Gopalan, President 

 

          Complainant Mr.P.K.Monichan and Supplementary 3rd opposite party Smt.Shivada Padmanabhan submitted the memo settling the dispute out of Forum. As per the settlement the complainant and the supplementary 3rd opposite party have agreed to divide the amount due in respect of the fixed deposit made by the complainant equally. Both parties undertaken that they  shall not make  any further claim in respect of the fixed deposits made by the complainant in the Mattannur co. operative  Rural Bank Ltd., Edayannur Branch against the  opposite parties 1 and 2.

Since the dispute settled by the actual concerned parties 2nd opposite party bank is hereby directed to receive the fixed deposit receipts in the name of Sri.P.K.Monichan dated 14.1.04 and to pay half of the amount to complainant Sri.P.K.Monichan and half the amount to supplementary 3rd opposite party Sivada Padmanabhan. The complainant is directed to receive the eight fixed Deposit receipts from the Forum and to present the same before the Bank. Bank is ordered to pay the amount equally to both parties complainant and supplementary 3rd opposite party. The above complaint stands closed with the above order.
