            Today is fixed for hearing of the M.A. case being No. 24/2024 and W/O, if any, by the OPs in the meantime.

                The record is taken up for M.A. hearing.

                Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present. Ld. Advocate for the OPs   is   also present.  

                By filing this M.A. case , the Ld. Advocate for the complainant states that in  spite of sending notices  to the OP No.1 on several times, summons could  not be served upon him. So, the complainant intends to amend the address of the OP No.1 as mentioned in the schedule of proposed amendment and prays for allowing the said amendment.

Ld. Advocate for the OPs verbally raised objection.

Heard the Ld. Advocates of both sides.

Perused the complaint , case record and the amendment petition.

Having gone through the documents, we, the Commission, are of opinion that the amendment as sought for is formal in nature and will not change the nature and character of the case.

So, the amendment as sought for may be allowed.

Hence,          it is

                                                     ORDERED

that the amendment as sought for in the M.A. case being No. 24/2024 be and the same is allowed and the M.A. case being No. 24/2024 is thus disposed of.

Amend the Cause Title and the Register  accordingly.

Let a copy of the order be given to the parties on free of cost.

To  29.07.2024  for filing amended complaint by the complainant.
