                                                                                               JUDGMENT

            Final Award by Learned Arbitrator has been filed by opposite parties and also submitted by the counsel for opposite parties, which has not been disputed by counsel for the complainant rather suppressed the said fact in his consumer complaint.

As such, in view of the settled principles of law this Commission cannot entertain consumer complaint, where final award under Arbitration and Conciliation Act has been passed. As such the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
