                                                                        O R D E R

SRI.K.T.SIDHIQ, PRESIDENT

            Complainant and opposite party who were present  with their counsels on 20-09-2012.  They filed a joint compromise petition  and prayed  for an order in terms of the compromise petition.  Hence we pass the following order.

            The opposite parties are directed to return the car Hyundai Santro Xing GLS bearing Reg.No.KL-14/J 525 which is repossessed by them on payment of `75,000/- by the complainant  being the overdue loan amount with allied expenses on account of repossession.  The car shall be released to the complainant forthwith on receipt of the above amount.  The complainant shall pay the balance loan amount in 13 monthly instalments to the opposite parties @ `7500/- per month without fail and on receipt of the entire amount, the opposite parties shall issue HP Termination Letter and No Objection Certificate for  cancelling the HP endorsement from the RC of the vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-14/J 525.  It is made clear that if the complainant commits default in payments then the opposite parties can proceed according to law to realize the balance amount with interest.
