The appellant (Complainant) files the appeal after expiry of limitation period with a petition for condonation of the delay. It is stated that due to the in correct advice of the Advocate that period of limitation is 90 days the appeal could not be find within 30 days as prescribed in law. Considering the grounds delay in filing appeal is condoned.
2. Appellant submits that the order directing the Respondent (Opposite party) to waive the outstanding loan dues with compensation of Rs, 10,000/- as also directing to deliver the vehicle in a running condition is in sufficient relief the compensation diserves to enhanced notwithstanding the relief allowed by the Forum.
3. We have considered the case of the parties, admittedly complainant filed to pay the installment of January. 2014 as such Respondent (Opposite party) was entitled to take action. However, the vehicle was repossessed in absence of the complaints.
4. The District Forum has considered aforesaid matter and passed the order allowed relief to the complainants mentioned above.
5. In the result appeal stands dismissed at the admission stage.
