2.  M/s magma finance ltd having its registered office  at magma house 24 park street Kolkata- 7000160 and its branch office at SCo 13, 2^nd floor, Sector 3, Near Namsate Chowk ,Karnal – Haryana through its Branch Managar.

ORDER

          Shri partap Singh father of the complainant Anil has made a statement that Anil is his son who is confined in District jail Sonepat. In the above titled complainant, he was the granter of Anil in respect of loan of Vehicle No. HR 11 F-2808. He on behalf of his son have settled the case with the financier Magma Fincorp Ltd. In future he will not filed any suit or complaint against Magama Fincorp ltd. In respect of the above said Loan, Thus, he withdrawn the present complaint on behalf of his son Anil.

     Statement recorded separate. Partap singhh father of the complainant Anil is duly identified by his counsel  Shri Sandeep Sehrawat Adv.

       keeping in view the statement made by shri Partap Singh

father of the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being the matter has been settled in between both the parties.

        File be consigned after due compliance.
