          The case is that the complainant had deposited Rs.25,000/- on 20/1/06 and Rs.25,000/- on 21/2/06 with 1^st respondent Trust.  It was assured that the amounts will be doubled  on six years.  But no amount is returned so far.  Hence the complaint.

          2. The respondents remained exparte.

          3. The complainant  filed affidavit and Exhibits P1 and P2 documents.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to return the double amount of  the deposited amount with interest at the rate of 18% from  the date of complaint till realization with costs Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven hundred and fifty only) within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
