Complainant continuously absent. Hence Registered Notice was send to the complainant, it was served on 07.04.2015. Even then the complainant not present before the Forum, opposite parties No.1 to 3 present. Hence complaint dismissed on cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only each to all the opposite parties. The complainant is directed to comply the Order within one month from the date of receipt of this Order.
