                        In view of the statement made by counsel for complainants, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainants would be at liberty to file afresh execution application as & when the stay order is vacated by the Hon’ble National Commission or after the decision of RP No.728 of 2010, if need be.

                        The cheque of Rs.64,510/- dated 15.2.2010 submitted by OP No.1 be returned to them against proper receipt.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
