                                                                                         JUDGMENT

            Both parties have filed a joint compromise petition dtd.07.9.2023. The complainant is the mother in law and opposite parties No.2 & 3 are daughter in law and granddaughter being minor represented through opposite party No.2.

            In view of the settlement between the parties we direct opposite party No.1 to disburse 1/3^rd share in favour of complainant and 2/3^rd share in favour of opposite parties No.2 & 3. Accordingly the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.   

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 28^th Dec.,2023.
