Order dt.20/10/2004 The complaint is allowed. The OP is directed to pay Rs.5,00,000/- with 12% interest p.a. from the date of repudiation i.e,. 13/09/2002 till the date of payment with accrued bonus to the complainant with in thirty days from the date of receipt of this order with cost of Rs.1000/-. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.Prasad, Member sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member
