This order is arising out of the M.A. being No. 28/2018 in connection with C.C. No. 41/2018 filed by the O.P. No. 1 praying for an order directing the complainant to produce the necessary documents with copy to this O.P.
It is stated by the O.P. No. 1 in the application that the complainant has filed this complaint alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practice and also submits that the complainant has filed certain documents along with the complaint application but for preparation of W.V. the document upon which the petitioner /O.P. 1 wants to rely is required. So it is necessary to pass appropriate order by directing the complainant by producing the documents upon which the complainant wants to rely before this Forum after supply the copy of the same to this O.P., otherwise this O.P. will suffered irreparable loss and injury.
This M.A. is contested by the complainant and verbally submits that he will submit the documents which were filed with the complaint petition to the O.P. No. 1 on the next date positively.
As the complainant is ready and willing to submit the documents as required by the O.P. No.1 for preparation of his written version, so the M.A. being No. 28/2018 should be disposed of in favour of the O.P. No.1.
Hence, it is

that the M.A. being No. 28/2018 be and the same is allowed on contest without any cost.
Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
