            Advocate for both the parties are present today. Both the Complainants and Opposite Party jointly filed a signed Memo dated: 03.03.2023 on 04.04.2023 that both the parties have arrived at a compromise to settle the claim petition at Rs.1,00,000.00 (Rupees One Lakh) only in full and final satisfaction of the claim.

We perused the joint compromise memo and case record. Heard and the same is allowed. In the interest of justice the Opposite Party is directed to pay the amounting of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one Lakh) to the complainant no.1 only as settled amicably between the parties within 15 days from receipt of this order. Further it is directed to both the parties to report the compliance of the Order in this District Commission.

The case is disposed off accordingly.  

A certified copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The file is to be consigned to the record room along with a copy of this Judgment.
