The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party along with prayer to direct the opposite party to return back the saree and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards damage and compensation to the complainant with cost of this proceedings.
Today the counsel for complainant endorsed that the complaint was settled and may be dismissed. Based on the said endorsement complaint dismissed as settled out of court. No cost.
