ORDER BY HON’BLE MEMBER- MRS. M. SWAIN:

                                                                                                       JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint U/s.35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 seeking not to repossess his vehicle bearing Regd. No.OD-05-AL-8454 and to supply loan agreement and other documents etc. and pay compensation of Rs.19,50,000/-.

            Complainant took loan of Rs.29,50,000/- on 29.9.2018 to repay in 45 monthly EMI @ Rs.80,000/- commencing from 20.11.2018 to 20.12.2022. But due to default in payment already O.A. Case No.59/2022 is subjudice before Learned D.R.T.  Since agreement period is already over and there is no deficiency in service or unfair trade practice on the part of opposite parties and relationship between the complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor. We find no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
