Matter is at initial stage since November, 2023. On the last date of hearing also Complainant was not present. On hearing held on 11/01/2024, directions were issued to Complainant to prove deficiency alleged in the complaint since no specific grievance made on the part of OP and last and final opportunity was granted to Complainant to appear and satisfy on this issue. Today is 3^rd consecutive date on which Complainant is not present. Even otherwise, the case is time barred. For all the above reasons, matter is dismissed in default for, willful non-complainance, non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation.
