Present: Shri Balraj Rana, Advocate for complainant.

                               

           On the basis of even dated application filed by Shri Balraj Rana, Advocate, file taken up today and Shri Balraj Rana, Advocate intents to withdraw the present complaint on technical ground with permission to file a fresh one.

             In the case in hand, till date complaint has not been admitted for hearing. In view of the statement of counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. Complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint after removing the legal fault, if any there, if advised so. Reader of the Forum is directed to make necessary entry in the relevant register showing the disposal of the complaint on today instead of 29.1.2020. File be consigned to the records.
