Complainant counsel and opposite party are present and have filed joint memo on 19.09.2020 i.e., on the last date of hearing stating that pursuant receipt of notice from this Commission opposite party contacted complainant and offered to return the amount received and billed and to have out of court settlement.  Accordingly an amount of Rs.15,150/- has been remitted to the account of the complainant maintained with Canara Bank, Jayalaxmipuram, Mysore.  Therefore the complainant is not interest to proceed with the case.  Hence, prays to dismiss the complaint as not pressed.

     In view of joint memo is filed the complaint of the complainant is dismissed as not pressed.
