This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to  direct the opposite parties to apologize for all the inconvenience caused to the complainant, to direct the opposite parties to replace the complaint mentioned mobile handset with a brand new one and to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards compensation for mental agony with cost of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant.

 

Proof affidavit of complainant and opposite parties 1 to 3 not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint and written version.   Both complainant and opposite parties 1 to 3 and their Counsels called absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
