                                                                                                    JUDGMENT

            Complainant owner and co-owner of multiple vehicles have filed two consumer complaint bearing No.188/2022 & 189/2022. The agreement period in respect of the concerned vehicle bearing Regd. No.OD-05-AS-9147 shall over on 21.4.2025. The relation between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor and there is no deficiency in service on the part of opposite parties in realizing the loan. As such we find no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.     

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 29^th February,2024.
