Today is fixed for filing show cause by the Dhr.

Jdr files hazira through Ld Advocate.

The Dhr is absent without step .The case is taken up for Show Cause.

It appears from the record that the Dhr remained absent without steps for long time. So the Dhr was directed to show cause as to why the case will not be dismissed for non prosecution and today has been fixed for filing show cause. But the Dhr neither appeared nor filed show cause as directed .From the conduct of the Dhr it appears us that the Dhr is not willing to processed further with the case .As such the case is liable to be dismissed for

non-prosecution.

        Hence, it is,

Ordered,

that the Execution Case No. EX/17/2016 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution without cost.
