ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                       JUDGMENT

            Heard counsel for both sides and as agreed by both parties, complainant shall clear the entire pending EMIs and on payment of the pending EMIs the opposite parties shall deduct 2/3^rd of OD charges and the complainant shall pay 1/3^rd of OD charges. After payment of OD charges the opposite parties shall issue NOC/NDC in favour of complainant. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
