Today Is Fixed For Filing Reply Of Sow Cause As To Why The Case Shall Not Be Dismissed.

            Complainant Is Absent Without Steps.

            Perused The Case Record. On Perusal Of The Record It Appears That Since 17.03.2022 The Complainant Was Directed To File Postal Track Consignment Report Of The Notice Sent To The O.P. But Up Till Now The Complainant Fails To Comply The Order Of The Commission. It Also Appears That The Complainant Files Hazira Some Times But His Recorded Advocate Remains Absent At The Time Of Hearing. Considering The Conduct Of The Complainant, On The Last Occasion He Was Directed To Show Cause As To Why The Case Shall Not Be Dismissed But Today The Complainant Neither Present Nor Files Show Cause. This Attitude Of The Complainant Reflects That He Is Not Interested To Proceed With The Case.

            Hence, It Is

            That The Case Is Be And The Same Is Dismissed For Default.
