ORDER:

The learned counsel for the DH made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite parties and  he does not want to pursue with the execution.

In view of aforesaid statement, the execution is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
