Hazira is filed on behalf of the Complainant through Advocate.

The case is fixed for filing requisites by the Complainant.

It appears from the record that after Admission hearing on 15-02-2022 the case is adjourned from time to time for S.R. and A/D and as no Notice was issued to the O.P. for want of requisites to be furnished by the Complainant, the Complainant was again given opportunity by the previous order dated: 07-12-2022 for filing requisites for issuing fresh Notice upon the O.P. and the case is fixed today for that purpose of filing requisites but he Complainant has failed to file any requisites.

It shows that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

                                  Hence it is ordered…..

That the case is dismissed for default.

Both parties be supplied copy of the order free of cost.
