        Today the case was fixed for consideration on the point of maintainability of complaint. Neither complainant nor his counsel has appeared before this Commission in order to pursue his complaint. It is already 04:00 PM. Further wait is not justified. It appears that the complainant is not interested in persuing his complaint.
            Hence, in view the above facts and circumstances of the case, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Party concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
