THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to give new washing machine to the complainant instead of old repaired one and also to pay Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  The complainant and counsel also called absent for long time.  The complainant has no taken any steps to prove the complaint.   Opposite party counsel represented that the complaint is settled.   Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.  No costs.
