01. This is an appeal filed under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act by the complainant, Party-in-person, to modify the impugned order dated 07.02.2014 passed by the District Forum, Ranga Reddy in CC No. 66 of 2013.
02. It is noticed from the record that there was no representation for the appellant/complainant on several previous dates of hearing right from March, 2016. Today also there is no representation whatsoever for the appellant/complainant, even though, the matter has been posted under the caption of “ Dismissal’. Counsel for the respondent/opposite party present. Hence the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
