                                                 ORDER  Dt. 23.6.2022.

           The complainant along with the authorized agent Sri Y.Chandra Sekhara Rao present and filed a memo of advance  to withdraw the present C.C. case No. 216 of 2021 against the O.Ps. grounds stated there in that the record advanced today on the strength of the memo filed  by the complainant. The complainant submitted  that the O.Ps had credited all the disputed amount to the account of the complainant  after filing of this case as claimed to the full and final satisfaction of the complainant.

            The complainant  & O.Ps  have  settled the dispute amicably among themselves out  of the Commission  and as per the claim and demand of the complainant.  The Opposite party credited all the claim amount  in to the  account of the complainant as the dispute has already  redressed and the amount paid to the complainant  by the O.Ps as per their settled  memo the complainant had received  without  any further claim. The complainant prayed to withdraw the present  C.C. case No. 216 of 2021 which is pending  for adjudication before this  commission against the O.Ps.

            Both the post of members are laying  vacant.

           Considering the exigencies of the matter  this commission   perused the record.  Verified   the memo. From the submission  of the complainant it is clear that the O.P. had  redressed the claim of the  complainant by crediting the amount to her bank account.  Being the purpose of the  complainant  is served  and  the complainant with her  free will intends  to withdraw the case against the O.Ps. Hence the case  is hereby closed.  The original  Adhar  card handed over  to the complainant   after verify  attchced the Xerox copies  of the identity   to the case record.  The copy of the  order  be supplied  to the parties concerned.
