The Ld. Advocate of the OP is present. But none appears on behalf of the complainant and no show cause is filed on his behalf.

It seems to us that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case and for that it is not possible for this Commission to run the case with the repeated absence of the complainant. We think this is a fit case where a dismissal order can be passed.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution; but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
