More than 1 year 4 months time given by way of several hearings to the Complainant to file his proof affidavit he has not filed the same. Today it is posted for filing proof affidavit of the Complainant as last chance and no further adjournment will be given. Even then, the Complaint has chosen to file his proof affidavit. No purpose would be served, if further time given to the Complainant to file his proof affidavit. Hence the Complainant is dismissed for non filing proof affidavit without costs.
