Attendance on behalf of  both the parties have been filed.  A petition has been filed on behalf of complainant with prayer to permit the complainant to withdraw the case. The complainant has annexed the photocopy of pay in  slip and photocopy of letter of settlement of dues pertaining  to ICICIC bank loan. The copy of the petition has been  served to the learned lawyer for o.ps.

            The learned lawyer for the complainant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and complainant has no grievance against the o.ps hence he does not want to proceed with  this case in future.

            The learned lawyer for o.ps have no objection.

            Since the complainant want to withdraw the case, having no grievance against the o.ps. hence the case is dismissed as withdrawn.
