Complt. is absent without any step and on repeated calls. It is now 12.20 P.M. 

On perusal we find complt. was absent on 05/2/10 when he was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default by 22/3/10. On 22/3/10 it was a no quorum day and the complt was also absent. Accordingly it was fixed for passing necessary order on 27/4/10 when Bharat Bandh was declared and the Forum could not function. Accordingly todayis fixed for filing show cause and passing necessary order. Againg complt. is absent today.

In view of this position it reasonably appear to us that the complt. is not at all interested to proceed with the case. Having due regard to circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
