ORDER

Order dated 24.06.2009 ORDER Heard. The learned advocate for the opposite party No. 3 present and submitted that cheques are ready and opposite parties are always ready and willing to give the cheques to the complainant and the learned counsel submitted that complainant has to submit requisition in prescribed form / format along with attestation of employer and zerox copy of bank passbook. The counsel for the opposite party submitted that if all these conditions are fulfilled absolutely there will be no objection on the part of opposite party No. 3 to issue cheques to the complainant. So in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the opposite party No. 3 the matter requires to be disposed off with a direction to the complainant to submit the required form and copy of bank passbook and on submission of requisition form the opposite party No. 3 shall immediately pay the due amount to the complainant by way of cheques. With this order the complaint is disposed off as matter is settled. 2. Send the copy of this Order to both the parties free of costs immediately. 3.
