Ld. Advocate for the Applicant is present.  The Complainant has filed this Transfer Application praying for transfer of C.C.No. 485 of 2013 pending before the Ld. DCDRF, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur to the newly created Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-III.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record we allow this Transfer Application.  Let the Case bearing No. 485 of 2013 pending before the Ld. DCDRF, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur be withdrawn and transferred to the newly created Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-III for disposal.  Inform both the Fora accordingly.  Both parties are directed to appear before the Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-III on 17.2.2016.  The Transfer Application is thus disposed of.
