ORDER

Complainant not present. Defense version filed by the opposite party. Perused the complaint and defense version. The complainant has filed this complaint alleging that, he is getting calls from the opposite party Credit Card Division and he wants the opposite party directed not to disturb him by calling to his mobile phone and he has added his name to do not call register. Looking into the complaint, the complainant cannot be considered as a Consumer. He has not taken any service from the opposite party on payment. However, the counsel for the opposite party submitted that the opposite party has stopped giving calls to the complainant in respect of Credit Card. So, in view of this submission the complainant is not maintainable and it deserves to be dismissed. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, I proceed to pass the following:- ORDER The complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
