 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- and  also to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as mental agony and unnecessary expenses to the complainant.

         On petition filed by the complainant, hearing advanced today.  Both represented through counsels and filed Memo of compromise for settled out of court and recorded.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled out of court.  No cost.
